They say between every workout, you need 48 hours, to recover, to let your muscles build up once again. However, frankly, they are not building up, they are completely rebuilding. After pushing yourself to the brim, they are tear themselves down, only to be rebuilt, bigger, stronger, better, and faster.
I guess some people just don’t realize,
That to be truly full,
To be truly strong,
You have to tear yourself down first.
Put yourself through that mental stress,
Allow yourself to be broken down.
To not be afraid,
And know above all else,
That you won’t be shattered.
